Well, ouch. MINI is almost at the bottom.

But, in the defense of the car I adore, I will say that this was the FIRST production year of a completely new vehicle. There are bound to be problems. I wonder what the "problems" are though. There were lots of complaints about squeaks and rattles at the beginning of MINI. And let's face it. MINI owners tend to be much more aware of problems with their vehicle than the average car owner. Kia Sedona was new too, but it's um ... a Kia. What's Volkswagen's excuse though?
